Пожалуйста помогите исправить ошибки в письме.

Уважаемые форумчане, помогите пожалуйста исправить ошибки в письме, если таковые имеются. Может что-то коряво звучит, или порядок слов плохой. Вот собственно текст:Mr XXXThe address[/i]DateTo whom it may concernI, Mr XXX, by this letter confirm that I've been living at the following address 11 xxxxxxxxxxxx, (one bedroom flat at the ground floor).Along with my brother, Mr YYY, I've been renting a room in a one bedroom flat since summer 2009. Once a month I pay only my part of the rent into the bank account of my Landlord Mr ZZZ. In the other room there've always been living other persons: 1) they are unrelated to me. 2)We share a common kitchen, bathroom and toilet, 3) the rooms have individual locks on the doors.
