Как избавиться от изжоги?
 

Вторую неделю мучаюсь, никак не проходит, в груди печет и отрыжка какая-то. От чего может быть? Читала, что причиной может быть неправильное питание. Оно, конечно, у меня далеко от правильного, но ведь раньше изжоги-то не было. Что делать, бежать к врачу?

Ну вот вы сами и ответили на свой вопрос, конечно к врачу. Может у вас проблемы серьезные и вы знать не будете, а так хоть успокоитесь, да и лечение вам назначат.

Лучше сходите для своего успокоения, чтобы исключить гастрит или еще что-нибудь. У меня, например, изжога бывает от некоторых фруктов и сладкого, если переем. Спасает Смекта экспресс, которая жидкая, она стенки желудка обволакивает и жжение проходит.

Уже и готовую даже выпустили? Давно правда покупала, так помню, что надо было в воде порошок разводить.

Да, уже ничего разводить не надо, все готово к употреблению. Просто надо пакетик надорвать (они такие тонкие и длинные как сахар на заправках) и можно сразу выпить, вкус приятный, даже можно не запивать. Такая форма актуальна для тех, кто постоянно в движении, когда нет времени заморачиваться с приемом лекарств.

Очень хорошо помогает стакан теплой воды разведенный с содой и все это дело выпить.

Если изжога частая, сильная и длительная, то лучше и дольше помогают капсулы рабепразол сз. Кроме того, он еще и излечивает от нее.

Конечно, к врачу. Может, это хеликобактер. Для его лечения есть свои меры. Но надо знать причину.
