Коллеги, помогите, пожалуйста одолеть юридический текст. Или хотя бы поделитесь ссылками на образцы юридических форм на японском (конкретно - нужна доверенность для представителя компании за рубежом, с широкими полномочиями.) Текст, собственно, таков:... authorizes Mr ... as our Mandate with assigned shared authority, on our behalf, stay and name, to instruct, negotiate, arrange, monitor, execute, manage, and co sign any and all agreements and/or necessary contracts with third parties pertinent to all financial transactions with bank instruments (securities/derivatives) and currency transactions, where it is required that Mr ... must co sign any of the above mentioned contracts and/or agreements as our authorized Finance Director, to assume all authority, powers, duties signatory rights and responsibilities on our behalf for the afore said purpose.Любые варианты любых кусков текста или текст целиком будут приняты с безмерной благодарностью.
